Jemimah Rodrigues Wiki- Jemimah Rodrigues, an Indian cricketer who was born on September 5, 2000, is the daughter of a former Mumbai player. She is an all-rounder for the Mumbai women’s cricket team and played hockey for the Under-17 Maharashtra team. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) presented her with the Jagmohan Dalmiya Award, which is given to the Best Domestic Junior Women’s Cricket Player, in June 2018 in Jharkhand.
Before attending Rizvi College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, Jemimah Rodrigues attended St. Joseph’s Convent High School in Mumbai and Rizvi College of Arts, Science, and Commerce. She was selected for the under-17 and under-19 hockey teams of Maharashtra. Jemimah made her first international appearance for her country when she was 12 and a half years old, during the cricket season of 2012-13. She was selected to play for the under-19 state team when she was just 13 years old.

She got another 178 runs out of 142 balls before Gujarat’s Nirmala Lanjekar bowled her out.

Jemimah Rodrigues was selected to play for Maharashtra on the Under-19 state cricket team. Jemimah was selected for India’s 2018 three-match ODI series against South Africa after representing the state. In February 2018, she made her debut for the Indian Women’s team in Women’s Twenty20 International cricket against South Africa. She joined the Indian women’s squad for the 2018 ICC Women’s World Twenty20 tournament in the West Indies in October 2018. She was named the team’s best player by the International Cricket Council (ICC) after the tournament. Baseline Ventures, a sports marketing firm, signed Rodrigues to manage her commercial interests in October 2018. Jemimah was named to the Indian squad for the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in January 2020.
