How to Fill UPSSSC Pharmacist Online Form 2026
There are two methods to apply online:
- Method 1: Login using PET Registration Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Domicile, and Category.
- Method 2: Login using PET 2025 Registration Number and OTP Password.
After login, your personal details, photo, and signature will be displayed. Fill in the required details related to the post and pay the application fee of ₹25/-.
- Check and collect all required documents (Eligibility, ID Proof, Address, etc.).
- Keep scanned copies of Photo, Signature, and ID Proof ready.
- Before submitting, check all details carefully in preview.
- Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
